EXPANTION PACK AD CAN’T CLOSE WHEN I  «X» IT. 

I end up force closing the computer when it happens, when I start the game again it still won’t close with “X” please help!!

@linafjsims4 Please try testing without mods, especially "main menu" mods.

I do receive products from EA as part of the EA Creator Network.
Have you backed up your Saves? Checked for broken and updated mods/CC?
