I have a sim with a very strange inverted and disfigured ear. The ear looks like it is inverted into her head on top of something making the ear look flat instead of dimensional. Something else that is also weird is the fact that she is the only sim besides her kid that has this problem with their ear. I also have no idea on what caused this deformation, it's really bothering me because I have tried editing it with default ears, and everything but it doesn't work in completely fixing it. I have tried removing my all my mods and cc and it didn't do anything at all. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if anyone can help me.
Thank you so much

I'll check it out later today.
Are you using any kind of custom eyes, skins or other cas parts that aren't just clothing and accessory ?
EDIT: Only way I found to fix this was to completely change the face. Was she born this way or did you create her ? Do you remember when it went wrong ?
Good Luck

Could you try running the game without your mods folder in? See if the problem goes away.

I took the mods folder out, and the problem is still there.

Could you try letting the game make a new game folder?
- Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\
- Rename the 'The Sims 4' folder to something like 'The Sims 4 old'
- Start the game, this will create a new folder.
- Test the game, if it works fine start moving folders from 'The Sims 4 old' over to the new folder.

I have also tried that, is there just no way to fix this?

Yeah, I discovered that too. She is a created sim. I don't really remember her ears being this way when I created her, I just know seeing her ears one day and thought it looked weird and have tried to fix them. I am not sure what custom content was in my game at the time that would cause drastic things like morphing body parts, anything else that is custom content has done nothing to my sims/game.
Thank you so much though for your time, and help.

Wished I had a better solution.
Maybe someone in a cc forum/discord/whatever has seen this before and would know more ?
It's hard to tell what's causing this but as long as cc can't be ruled out, I don't think there's much more we can do here to help you.
It's funny how the kid inherited them too.
