Can't load into game

my game won't load. i can enter the menu, CAS, and the neighborhood but never into a game. it just loads endlessly, I can't exit the game either, I have to restart my computer. I've tried to repair and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still won't work. I do use CC.

I fixed it, some cc was conflicting with my game.
