I recently got back into the sims after a long break cause I wanted to play the new Infant update. I deleted a bunch of broken CC out of my game thinking it was the problem.. yet.. it didnt work...
What happened?
I went to create a NEW save file and i thought it was weird that I couldnt change the skin tone.. the skin buttons would turn invisible and when i clicked on it.. it would give me the little drop down menu... not sure what that menu does since it does nothing when i try. Anyways.. I quickly found out that i couldnt change the color of ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in CAS was only 1 color. I couldnt change any of it. So i said oh well.. and made a sim thinking it would be fine. Saved my game after making said sim.. went to buy a house in a world to start having kids.. but right when i bought the house.. My game crashed.. and went back to World select. I tried to go back to the house i bought.. and it was up for sale again. So i left my game and repaired it.. got rid of any broken CC i had installed previously and started again. It saved my family and said OH SO and so misses you! so i clicked Resume. Only to have the sims i made.. not be around. The whole thing was glitched where I couldnt even see a Person.. there was no aspirations.. not even a picture of a sim. So i thought maybe it was just a bug. And tried a different family. Same thing.
What is wrong with my game?
