Can't Own Any Businesses - Sims 4 With Mods.

Hi Simmers,

I'm having a few issues with trying to run a cafe (with LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues Mod).

Basically, I built a cafe on a lot I purchased via the retail section on the phone. My sim was at the lot while I built the cafe. I then realized I couldn't change the lot venue type from retail to cafe so I sold the cafe and managed to alter the lot type to a cafe. However, I can't buy the lot again. It just simply won't let me no matter what I do.

I tried bulldozing the lot and then replacing it via the gallery through Manage Worlds. That didn't work when I went back to my sim on his lot and tried to purchase the lot.

However, the weird thing is that no lots are purchasable as a retail business.

When I tried to place the cafe lot via the gallery down in another world when trying to buy a retail property, it wouldn't let me place the lot.

I'm so confused. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi @Neuroli LittleMsSam offers excellent support with how to use her complex mods. I'd suggest heading to her own support for this. First, though, check her installation info for this mod to make sure you've got all pieces, don't have extra ones you shouldn't have, and don't have listed mod conflicts.
