Broken Bars

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When selecting 'tend bar'/'practice making drinks' on any bar, at home or at the nightclub.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim refuses to carry out the selected action, saying the path to the bar is blocked when it is not.
What do you expect to see? The sim should be able to carry out the selected task on the bar.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have no idea when it happened, but now the sims are completely unable to use any of the bars in game. They got to it and grab a glass, then they do the whole "something's in the way" animation when there is nothing blocking.

Please move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Test the game on a clean vanilla save without your mods installed, and let me know if you still have issues.

looks like it works on vanilla,  so what do I do? Im not a vanilla player, whats the problem?
