namakli trapped on elevator

When I am trying to go up the elevator on Namakli during the Leviathan mission it just stops part way up and I can not move and nothing happens. I have tried loading save before the issue and even restarting the entire game but the issue persist.

@Ha11eck Try to use window mode i did not heave a problem with it in the legendary edition but window mode helped when i got stuck on that ladder i am sure many remember that problem.

@Mrgaby95 After a lot of trial and error had to go window and then completely restart the mission to get past it. Looks like it was unable to load a cinematic for some reason.
