In Mass Effect 3, the X button is generally unresponsive, and Shepard will not sprint or vault over low walls. I’ve power cycled my PS4 pro, reset my controller, and restarted the game but nothing is working.

Hey @mwolfpk, sorry for the delay, Is Shepard still not sprinting or vaulting for you? Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps since you wrote this?

I haven’t played since I wrote this. I was hoping I’d hear about a patch or find answers on the forum but no luck.

@mwolfpk Are you using a wired or wireless controller? If it’s wireless can you try connecting to your console with a USB cable?
Resetting your controller can also help, please try the following steps https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/hardware/ps4-dualshock-4-wireless-troubleshooting/
If that Doesn’t work, delete the game and install it again.

I did all of the above and it’s still not working.

No, and I really don’t want to buy another one just for this.

It's hardly a controller issue if ME3 is the only game - and the only game out of the same trilogy as well - that tends to bug out on this.
