Omega: Assist the Hacker not completing

I picked up the 'assist the hacker' quest whilst on Omega and went to all three terminals and made sure that I interacted with them. Once I got back to the stronghold I went and spoke to the hacker and she said she'd blocked access to critical Cerberus things and that the frontal assault would be less treacherous however, I finished up the main plotline of Omega and now back on the Normandy the quest is still active and I have no way of going back to try and do it again without taking 4-5 hours out of where I'm up to. Is there a fix for this?

This is an old problem and was present in the Legacy version as well:

Strange so, that I never had any problems with both quests, and I don't have a "secret strategy" to avoid any bugs, just played through the Omega DLC (Legacy) multiple times. So it seems to be totally random and I was just lucky, I guess.
