My squad mates die even though they are all loyal

@Ironbeak95 I’m not sure. I usually clear the human reaper bit really quickly by using the adrenaline. I’m playing on normal. I did as you suggested and got the same result.

@mcsupersport Nah, all are loyal. I used the paragon checks with each.

Then the most likely explanation would be that there some flags who are set wrongly in your savegame.

@reidrobotI think this is related to the plethora of bugs they introduced on their last patch. The new bugs affect loyalty tracking in game.

• 2nd Fire Team Leader: Garrus

• Biotic Specialist for a Shield: Samara

• Distraction Fire Team Leader: Garrus(He gets shoot but it does not die)

• Normandy Crew Escort: Mordin

• Final Boss Squad: Miranda and Jack

Every time i did it like this with all the upgrades for the normandy and all loyal. The only changes i made in the past were for the final boss squad but every time all survived.

@nolearystream Potentially. I was having this issue before the patch though. I do have a save before going through the relay and reverting to this only leaves me with the same issues.

@holger1405 I downloaded the save editor to check the flags, what should I look for? I have never used it before or any mods for that matter.

@reidrobot Check your trophies in the captains cabin, there’s a bug that’s taking loyalties away, so they look like they’re loyal when they actually aren’t

Open the Save Editor > Open > Select your ME2 Save file (Preferable the last one before you go to the Suicide Mission) > OK

Click on the "Plot" tab > click on the "Crew" tab > expand the Squad mates.

Look if "xxxx is loyal" is selected.
