I am stuck on Priority: Earth because of missing section of ground. Very soon after passing through the hub area in London, right before encountering the first Harvester, I got stranded because there's simply no ground to walk on, if I try to proceed Shepard just falls into the void and dies. Hoping it's just a minor bug, I tried reloading the game, repairing game files, even reinstalled the whole trilogy, but nothing helped. I am no hackerman so I don't know what else I could do and searching for other people with the same issue brought no results so I'd be super grateful if anyone could help.

If you are on a PC, try to repair the game.
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
If that don't helps, loade a save that is older than the one you playing with now.

Hey @thehopmello,
I've not run across this myself, but there are a few troubleshooting steps that can definitely be checked here.
It sounds like you're playing on PC as you mentioned repairing the game in addition to the reinstallation, is that right?
I'd definitely recommend going through these troubleshooting steps if that's the case, in particular we'd want to be sure all your appropriate drivers have been updated.

After trying out all the recommended solutions I am sad to report that nothing has changed
UPDATE: Rather than loading into the save where the issue occurred I tried replaying the mission from the start and I managed to finish the game from there, so fixing up my drivers/graphic settings helped after all! Thanks so much

thehopmello Can you explain how to fix it?
That is pretty much what I did.
Did you followed my instructions?

Sadly I don't remember what I did *exactly* but I believe reinstalling some graphic drivers was what did the job for me
