Origin is being phased out...

Can't EA just fix this?

With ME1 all was ok ME2 I cant unlock any achievement. Thank you.

Im having the same issue I got Garrius Jack and should have the return to active duty and got nothing

Yup I was just on Steam contacted some friends and same issue started even there, something related with EA app. Have no idea people say try installing Origin but to be honest I cant belive in 2023. these types of things are still present, wanted to pre order Dead Space remake on EA app but I guess I m gonna pre order it on Steam seems like you dont need EA app to run a game.. Really wanted to support devs... but this is... I already played all the games on my console a long time a go wanted to try 4K PC but achievements thing really bothers me.

I'm currently playing Mass Effect: LE (Steam ver.), yesterday the Origin app upgraded to EA app, and the achivements stopped dropping. At first I thought it might be in-game bug, so I have replayed the mission 5-6 times, but the achivement didn't count (neither in EA app nor in Steam). I have reinstalled the app, but it didn't help either.

There was no problem with such thing while the Origin was up. I got 112 achivements without any problem at all, but after installing EA app this happened.

What should I do? Since the Origin app is no longer available, is there any solution?

Does this solution still work?  I installed Origin, but it would not run.  Seems like they shutdown the server-side of the app.  If someone did get this working AFTER the EA app update this week, please let me know.  Thanks.

Fixed the issue. You have to uninstall the EA app before install the Origin app, and choose Cancel when it prompts you to install the EA app.
