MELE: xbox elevator disappears in Normandy and cannot interact with

Trying to play ME:LE ME1, just got to the Normandy, every time I go down to engineering the elevator disappears, cannot interact with the button, I'm just stuck, I have tried to reload a save, but every time I go down there same thing happens. I am currently playing on the Xbox series X and I downloaded the game via game pass. I hope a team is working on bug fixes for this game.

Did you tried to power cycle the xBox or to reinstall the game?
