ME1 audio issue - dialog & sfx in surrounds instead of center

Same here. PS5 connected to tv through Onkyo RZ 730 receiver with 5.1 speakers setup in LPCM mode. Dialogue sounds in cutscenes are coming from the rear speakers instead of center. That's certainly a bug and quite an annoying one.

I can confirm.

PS4> HDMI > PHILIPS 43PUS6401/12 > OPTICAL > YMAHA RX 540

Voices during conversations and shots during combat comes from rear columns.

I'm having the same issue with the first game but haven't tried 2 or 3.  I'm playing on a PS5 with an Anthem 720avr and  a Dolby Atmos setup.  If I set it to Atmos it plays through my high speakers and if I set it to surround it plays through the side. I've tried prioritizing Dolby, DTS or Linear PCM on the PS5 and there's no change with any of them.

I am having the same problem on ps5 with a 5.1 setup. Dialogue comes from rear speakers instead of center. Problem only occurs with this game. 

kind of unbelievable how such an immersion breaking bug was not noticed on testing.

Same issue. Ps5 to Sony x900h (HDMI 4) to Yamaha tsr700 via eArc. Ps5 set for PCM and receiver set for surround decode.

Yep, all dialogue and some sound effects are coming only from the right rear surround channel. Onkyo 5.2.1 setup.

Same issue here. Playing on PS5 with a Sony X900H and Sony STR-DG710 Multi-Channel Receiver in 5.1 setup. Have tried multiple settings on the TV, receiver and PS5. Hope this gets patched. Not sure how this didn't get mentioned in any preview coverage for the past week.

PS5 -> HDMI to LG C9 tv -> eARC to Onkyo AVR.

PS5 is set to 7.1 bitstream 

No other games or movies have the issue.  I hear sound from all speakers in game, although front center channel is de-emphasized in the mix. During chat or cutscenes, all dialog and gunfire comes from the two rear surrounds.

Same here. I have PS5 with samsung soundbar (q950) and set up for 7.1 with Dolby (or lpcm) but all conversations are coming from my surround speakers instead of the center one. 

Very annoying.

EA please fix it Asap.
