Game not started.

I installed the game through the application EA PLAY

I open the game normally, but when I select some mass effect to play, whatever it is, it doesn't open, gives a few seconds and goes back to the launcher home screen.

I've tried all possible ways, what should I do?

• Downloade DirectX 9 from Microsoft.
• Run the "directx_Jun2010_redist.exe" and let the installation finish.
• Restart your computer.
• Test.

Pease create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I've tried everything and I can't get it to work.

My last attempt was to use a .exe melo that they talked about here in this forum, it wasn't either.
