Then only support can help you.

Some support reps simply don't know the problem, if one can't help you try again, point them to this thread.

You also could try EAs Support on Twitter or on Facebook.

I'm getting this crap error but I have EA Play on Steam. Yesterday I decided to contact live chat since no thread had a solid solution or one relating to EA Play via Steam. I chatted with 2 different agents and so far and they've made me do numerous steps, even verify the purchase of my subscription, even though a previous case has proof from not even a month ago. I spent 2 and a half hours with the first one and 30 minutes with the second one, the second one just said the servers are having trouble.

Any updates, ideas, solutions, etc yet?

@Jinko_itx Still got the same missing online access message. There were two .exe files tho.
