Weapon slot 4, key binding won't work

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Learn the third skill in the Combat Fitness tree to allow the extra holster. Be sure to have a key assigned to Weapon 4 in key Bindings. While fighting try swap to the fourth weapon, always shows the third one

Learned the third skill in the Combat Fitness tree to allow the extra holster. Be sure to have a key assigned to Weapon 4 in key Bindings. While fighting tried swap to the fourth weapon, always shows the third one.

The TAB key works and I can access the fourth weapon, also using the mouse to swap between weapons works.

Any ideas ?

Same here. I cannot understand how a bug such as this can still exist in the game after so many months, but there it is:

The keyboard shortcut for weapon 4 does not work.

For every other weapon slot you can use the keyboard shortcut (LCtrl + slot number) just fine, but pressing LCtrl+4 does nothing. It doesn't matter if you reassign the shortcut key to something else; quick-selecting slot 4 simply does not work.

Well the studio that made the game no longer exists so your only bet is mods if that's even possible.

I've also found that when using the mouse wheel to switch weapons, the weapon sequence is [1, 2, 4, 3].

Unfortunately as the game isn't currently in active development it's unlikely this will be addressed any time soon.
We'll close this out as it's an old thread.
