Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Scanning everything in Valay only got me up to 87% completion for the system.

I have scanned all the planets in the Valay system as well as the Asari ark (and did Cora's loyalty mission). There are no anomalies present.  But my progression for exploring the system is stuck at 87% despite there being nothing else to scan or explore. I have left the system and come back and everything. Still stuck at 87%.  No other planetary systems have done this.

There is such a problem, also ran into it. Only in my case the error is connected with the study of the Faroang system, the planet Posbaar is not explored, there is an exclamation point beside it, the system is stuck 80%
