Scanning bug with "Doesn't Add Up" quest (Eos)

Summarize your bug None of the 4 "emergency muster beacons" are scannable. Quest is stuck here. 3 of the locations are available before the radiation clears, so I thought I might have scanned them before I got the quest. However, just went to the last location which was previously covered in level 3 radiation, and still cannot scan it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How long has this issue been happening? Always Happens

Actually try scanning the burn marks -> they will NOT be HIGHLIGHTED

This is the best answer???   Already did that and it still won't let you.  Sometimes it lets you in radiation lvl 3 and sometimes it just decides to kill you.  I 've done it before so I know it can be done but just died 5 times in a row cuz this time it won't let me.

If you still have radiation lvl 3 at the 4th marker you either did not cleared the radiation, (cleared the Eos vault.)  or you did not waited long enough for the radiation to clear. (get on with the main story away from Eos.)

Actually I have.  I've finished this quest over a dozen times.  Sometimes I can still do with the radiation, most times it kills me.  To lower the radiation I have to leave the planet otherwise lvl 3 is still lvl 3.  It's just really irritating that it lets you scan sometimes and others it just kicks you out, and refuses to let you scan.

Level 3 is killing you pretty quick, so I assume that the 4 marker is set on purpose in this area and the Devs wanted that you only are able to do it after the radiation is cleared.

It's not that it kills you quick as it just won't let you finish a scan.  It kicks you out.  I start another character just for testing and got them there.  No problem.  Like I said, it's a bug and it affects you once in a while.  I've had other character not have any problem either and a few who had the bug.  Just irritating is all.
