@JusticeHeroXWell, I don't think we can know if they're aware of this issue... Although one of the helpers I talked to on the phone told me they have a "note" about this problem since September (if I remember correctly).
Every Community Manager here told me to talk to @EAHelp on Twitter, but they didn't answer my messages. Maybe they would say something if more people mentioned it, but they can just ignore you if they want...
So I don't know. I wanted to create a "permanent" ticket (by email, to not waste time) until my issue was solved. But after 3 weeks, one person re-granted me the game, which didn't work, so I re-opened the issue, and the second person told me to reinstall the game, closed the issue and moved my ticket to a category (network issues) where contacting them through email is not possible... :-/

I have the same issue had a chat with two support operatives with no luck and the they blocked my account for using online chat option then I created new account and contacted third person from support explained the issue and linked this topic for him to see, we tried some basic options which I already tried before none was helpful then I asked him to remove and re add game to my account which he said that he did even if I didn't see that the game was removed from my library but that also didn't work. So he told me to file a bug report and that he will transfer my case to the team charged for bugs but I have a little hope that they will ever see that report.
UPDATE: Finally they or better to say he fixed my issue. What I did is I went to the EAHelp on twitter and got in contact with a guy by the name of Isaac via direct message. I sent him link for my topic created here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Mass-Effect-Andromeda-online-connection-problem/m-p/87473... in which I described my issue with the game and with live chat support not able to help me after which he just asked for my email address associated with a game and after some time needed for him to check my account he was able to fix it.
