Hi there, here's a quick rundown on the loyalty packs available in Mass Effect: Andromeda
Loyalty packs are automatically granted to folks who have played Mass Effect 3 and/or Dragon Age: Inquisition online at least once and are playing ME:A on the same EA Account.
You'll be granted the packs when you log into Mass Effect: Andromeda after hitting this criteria.
To get both rewards, you have to have played both games online before playing ME:A.
If you've played both games online on the same PlayStation Network ID, you'll be granted two loyalty packs when you first launch ME:A
