Journey to Meridian cutscene freeze

Xbox One version ME:A 

When trying to go to Nexus to start Journey to Meridian, the cutscene will freeze, causing me to force restart the game. Cannot progress. Happens 100% of time when loading into nexus to start mission. 

Have tried force restarting game and console multiple times. Still freezes.
