Can't connect to Online

Is there a problem in the online connection of this game? because I can't connect online I just brought this game from steam. Also I got banned in APEX legend does this effects my other game? it says my EA account is banned is that mean my actual account or just the game that I get banned? if that is the reason why I can't connect online in the Mass effect then this account is good as dead.

Depending on the type of ban placed on your account you may not be able to connect online in other titles, I can't see this information on my side however so you would want to reach out to live support at Help.ea.com or on Twitter at @EAHelp so they can take a look
