xbox crash

Hi every time I try and start up Mass effect 3 through EA Access my game crashes, I have tried hard resetting my console and my mac address, reinstalling the game nothing seems to work. If you have any tips on what I should do I would greatly appreciate it.

@zmangreenroom Hmm, can you try swapping to another account, and try to play on that? You should be able to play ME3 on the alternative account via home sharing, and if the issue lies on your initial account then this will let you play.
