missing n7 destroyer

hi I was ingame and I had enuf credits to buy a box and in the box I got the n7 destroyer witch I was please the the host left whitch caused me to return to main menu and when I whaent to equipt the n7 destroyer it said new over the n7 destroyer just like  when you unlock other classes but the n7 destroyer was blacked out and I couldent use so I logged out and bk in and still cant use cand anyone help

hi I did what was asked I uninstalled the game and reinstall and the  n7 is still blacked out
