cant disc install mass effect 3 [ Edited ]

So i have origin an ive bought the mass effect trilogy pack physically ive played ME1 and 2 although going through the same disc process on ME3 isnt working as it asks for the Product code i type the one in i got with the set and it tells me that its been used and thus i cant install it, the game is in my game library and everything it just wont let me use the disc and i cant download it i only have limited usage

I removed the code from your post.

As for the problem, disconnect your internet > Then click "download" inside Origin > Origin should reconise the disk and should start the installation.

If that don't works, try to start the installation from the setup ex on the disk,
