i bought the mass effect trilogy and i entered the proiect lm product key as instructed. it worked fine for 1 & 2. but the key won't work for 3. i don't want to download the game thru intent because my connection is reallysluggish. i also tried the suggestion on the threads but it didn't work for me. is there a way to install the game without origin. honestly, it's really troublesome for something that i have already bought. just give me my games please.

You should contact the EA support to ask if the code you have, is for a digital copy or physical.

Even if you have a physical edition, sometimes, the code provided is working as a digital edition.

Change the Country: Select at the bottom on the right "Country selector", and choose "United States".

 

Select:

-Product: Mass Effect 3

-Category: Technical support

-Plateform: ...

 

Choose the Live chat option to talk directly to an advisor

Hi earsula!

 

i already did it 4x already. the major problem is the product code when it is required to be entered. upon entering the code, it says that the code was already used.  well, i used it to register ME 1 & 2 for the bonus items since i bought the trilogy pack.  excuse me for my bluntness but this is a major blunder in EA's part...you're preferable attention regarding this matter will be highly appreciated.Confusedmileyfrustrated:
