can't buy upgrades throught debit card.

i live in india and i had purchased mass effect 3 game i want to upgrade it to mass effect 3 N7 digital deluxe but can't buy it. i use my debit card but it always show me Payment Authorisation Failed. so how can i buy it.

For account related issues you'll have to contact EA support: https://help.ea.com/ (maybe chose "United States" as country at the bottom in order to use Live Chat)

Had a live chat but they say that they don't have debit card option on origin, no credit card then can't buy it they also said that they had sent a request for debit card option to higher authority lets hope they add this option in buying games online.
