i have currenlty surpassed the troublesome endeavor to have my game installed thru the DVDs with the help of EA. now another hurdle has come to my path. upon starting the game, it is prompting me that the games requires a DLC call ed " from Ashes". if this was a free download, i wont post it as a problem. my only gripe is that i just paid for my game and EA asking me to spend more on something that i havent even opened yet. how greedy can they get?!? i would appreciate any help that can be extended with regard to this matter. thank you

From the Ashes is included with the Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition.

agree. but i did not buy the colletor's edition. i bought the me trilogy...

Have you tried restarting the game with a working net connection
