X360: Never ending loading screen before Communication Hub mission

Hi, I've got the game fully updated with the extended cut and some other dlc. After selecting my squadmates, choosing equipment/powers, the game goes to the loading screen and after a few seconds I can hear my disc drive quiet down and the audio cuts out. The game continues loading and never finishes. I've not had this problem on any other missions and was able to skip to another one that played just fine. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
