What latest save I need to load to play DLC without restarting the whole game?

Usually I get a Sims pack every Origin sale, however since I already got Jungle Adventure yesterday I consider getting Mass Effect 3 DLC bundle before the sale ends, but I don't want to replay the whole game, only the DLCs, what is the latest point I can load before the last mission?

You can access all DLC content before you start "Priority: Cerberus Headquarters"
