Using Bioware/EA Mass Effect resources for a UI mod in another game if credited?

I want to extract and convert movies and music from the Mass Effect games and soundtrack, for use as a free mod to another game.  Is this allowed, as long as I am crediting Bioware and EA, and not asking for money or anything?
