I suddenly cannot play Mass Effect 3 because Origin says that it cannot activate it. I played it normally just yesterday.
Origin also swiched from online to offline mode without me doing anything.
Can't play ME3, even thout ME1 starts normally. Can the staff do something about it?
I already restarted Origin, and my PC.

This is a user help user forum, you can contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top left corner.
To your problem, Origin is switching to offline mode if it can't detect a internet connection.
Restart your router.
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall
If that not helps deinstall Origin and reboot, then download the client from here and install it again. (You can deinstall Origin without deinstalling your games)
