OK:
Do you have 7 Zip or WinRar on your machine? If not download 7 Zip from here and install it. (Allow 7 Zip to create the right click Context menu entries)
- Close Origin completely.
(right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > Quit Origin)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Origin\DownloadCache" (without quotes) into the new window > hit ENTER
- Your Windows Explorer should open in the "ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache" folder.
- There should be a folder named only with numbers > Open it.
- Right click the "TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3.exe" > 7-Zip > Extract files > OK.
(If you use WinRar you need to rename the "TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3.exe" to "TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3.rar")
- Open the new "TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3" folder and then open the "TheFinalHoursOfMassEffect3" folder inside.
- Run the "setup.msi".
- Open Origin, "The Final Hours Of MassEffect3" should be playable now.
