2019 -- many are still playing ME3 multiplayer. I'm back playing again after over a year away playing other games.During that year I also played Andromeda and it's MP, and like a lot of Mass Effect players I'm back to ME3... because it's not only that good, STILL, but it's really one of the best multiplayers out there in my opinion. But then again I've never really been much of a MP guy, single player is where it's at for me. But I like this one, which makes it a rarity.
But if you're at all interested, you might be surprised at the amount of players still playing. I've been back at it for over a month now and have yet to have a day where I've had much trouble finding people to play with. Lobby isn't always full, but there are people still playing on pretty much all levels regularly, even platinum.
As far as existing glitches go there's still a few in place.
Hydra boss/roof glitch -- I have actually seen (one time only, recently) an atlas spawned and stuck on the roof on the Hydra map. I actually liked that, as it was easier than ever to snipe it to pieces from distance.
Missile glitching --- I'm not a missile glitcher cheater type, and actually have yet to see anyone else doing anything like that, so I can't say as to whether or not it's still around.
The points glitch: where certain characters in multiplayer (the cabal for one, and the AIU) can accrue a bunch of extra points, more than enough to fill out all five power & passives rows. Points glitch 2 --- Sometimes after you've promoted character classes, you'll start buying recruit packs to bump back up your points in each class. You best click out of the store and check your characters, because sometimes you'll discover that some or even all of your promotions were reversed, meaning those classes are back to having all level 20 characters, meaning the points cards you just paid credits for were useless. (this can also be considered a store glitch)
Hydra map turret/drone spawn glitch --- there is an area of that map where your turret or drone simply will not spawn.
Shockwave glitch --- whereby the lower choice in the 4th rank of that power often renders that power useless.
Banshee sometimes turns invisible glitch --- self-explanatory.
Non-hosting weird glitches (various) --- When you're in a pub game that you are not hosting yourself, you'll sometimes see some really odd things happening, such as enemies and other players flying, or they're stuck, or running in place, etc.
Biotic charge/shadow strike glitch -- Sometimes as a Vanguard or as the N7 Shadow, you're unable to use charge or strike, even when you're not on a cooldown. You'll target an enemy, hit the key repeatedly, and nothing. It just won't work sometimes, for no apparent reason. Sometimes it appears as if it's not working simply because the enemy is standing on an incline. Thankfully it doesn't seem to happen very often, but when it does it can be... problematic.
Drone escort objectives getting stuck in place --- I've seen it happen on London and Hydra lately.
Store glitches --- Still! Sometimes a player won't get their credits after a successful extraction.
There's probably more but that's all I can think of at the moment.

To EA/Biowar --- You really should decide to put aide other projects and instead do a major upgrading to ME3 MP. Give it a fresh look. A fine tuning. You had a major winner with this game, a lot of people would revisit and pay for a new version of it. Add to it, maybe a new class of enemies like "Raiders" (who want to take advantage of a galaxy distracted by the war), and also do another round of those WEEKEND CHALLENGES that so very many of us who paid the same money as others for the game missed out on.
Now, get to extraction!
