see on my fourth play through when I got to the end I didn't all three endings I only got destroy and control with over 4200 Ems. does anyone know how to fix this

That is strange.

How does that work out? If you walk toward the "Synthesis" ending it is not triggered?

yes synthesis won't work then when I pick destroy Shepard then proceeds to die

So, if you choose "Destroy" you don't see a "Breath Scene"?

You did walked the corridor towards the "Synthesis" ending and nothing happened?

yes I didn't get an notion for synthesis and my sheared died so I just uninstalled and reinstalled and right now I'm getting 100% Ems just in case and I'm going to see again if he dies

@holger1405 I just got 5300 Ems and new the ending cutscene is in blue purple and green

@qasw222 If you go to the ending with 100% it should show up.
I had 7300odd when i went. Got disorinentated (obviously my own fault) and ended up at one that shep dies in.
Although, the scene where Liara put his name on the wall of the deceaced made my tear up.

Was the value 4200 when you started the assault on Cerberus HQ? That's when the value is locked in. If you play multiplayer or Galaxy at War after you start this mission, the increased score doesn't affect the available endings.

I think there are some misunderstandings here.

What exactly do you mean by "the ending cutscene is in blue purple and green"?

How do you determine that Shepard is dead? What is exactly happening? What exactly did you do after talking to the Catalyst?

with some grinding in multiplayer I got the cutscene where Shepard "lives"
