Scar on wrong side of face

I was playing ME3 and I noticed something odd. When Shepard talked to Admiral Hackett on the Normandy before the mars mission his scar was on his left side of his face. After talking to the council, Shepard talked again with Admiral Hackett, Hackett's scar was on his right side of his face. Has anybody noticed this.

Maybe he uses selfie mode that mirrors the image.

In Mass Effect 1 the Earth is also mirrored when looking up from the moon, and in Mass Effect 2 it spins backwards.
