Release date check failed

I Have loaded Mass Effect 3, but every time I try and launch its checking release date check and come back failed. how do I fix this problem.

@idrivefast90 Hey, have you tried the repair? To perform it right click the game panel and you should have the option to Repair the game. 

If this has no effect, can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot and check again?

I fixed this myself by running repair in Origin

I am also having this issue...Wish somebody would do something, this is insane that I pay money for a game and cannot play it whenever I like.

It's 2016 and the game has been out for years, why does it need to run that even? I just installed the game through Origin like they want me to and I still have to repair the files? I shouldn't have to do that on a fresh install. Come on, EA. Get it together, focus more on making * work how it's supposed to and less on happily taking people's money.

I had the same issue as everyone else.  I did a repair, and all is well now.
