Problems installing Mass Effect 3

Hello!

I recently purchased Mass Effect 3 for the PC and started installing. When Origin prompted me to input the activation code I did, all was fine, until I received an error message saying to try the installing process again. When I tried this, I was prompted to input the key again and was then told that I already own the product. I do, yes! And I want to install it, but I don't see a way past this. I would rather install from disk as opposed to downloading it so any help qould be greatly appreciated!
