Problem to boot MASS EFFECT 3 on XboxOne

hello everyone, the day before yesterday I had problems starting ME3 on XboxOne: after launching it it crashes before I can use the main menu. he only opens "a Computer" and continues the upload to infinity with only the left computer open.

I tried:
- un-install everything and install it again.
- run console tests: connection, nat (open) and multi.
- turn off the router for 10 minutes and turn off the power to the XBoX
-when he freezes, I open the 360 menu and log out and log in.
Nothing!

After months the problem persists, after some tests it seems that the DLC retaliation is giving me problems. Without that the game and the multi works, with the installed one I cannot access anything: neither single player nor multiplayer because it freezes a second after opening the main menu. Help! I have read possible "tricks" to get around the problem, but is there a solution? thanks
