PS3 Mass Effect 3 crashes on start

Hi, I played mass effect 3 in Playstation 3 many times. Since I already bought Andromeda and have to wait for another month I dicided to replay ME3 but it crashes in the first animation right after the caracter accept. I've uninstalled the game and the data and reinstalled and downloaded again all the DLC but it keeps crashing. I really don't know what else to try. It worked in the past... Can you please help?

Did you reset your PS?

Is the disk clean and in good shape?

I meant the ME3 disk, or is this a digital copy (Download) of the game?
