Hello,
I didn't get my commendation pack for operation Overwatch while it was officially announced that all the packs have been handled out on Chris' Twitter at https://twitter.com/BioEvilChris/status/230429483243540480, I have made the objective even more than 50 times this weekend and when I tried to contact the customer support, they refused to help me at this case # 0487422, I have this issue each and every week I do the weekend operation and I contact the support each time but now they are refusing to add it to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks .

You may contact EA Support directly at https://help.ea.com/en/mass-effect/mass-effect-3 using their Live Support or Ticket Support.
You may also use the Chat support on your Origin Client.
On the top menu see click "Origin Help" then Live Chat to talk and chat with a live EA Advisor.
However, Support might not be able to reward your Commendation Pack immediately and you might have to wait 24hrs since the release of rewards.
Note: EA Live Support Chat may only be visible if your Origin Client application language settings is "EN-US".
And might not be avaible on some cases and can't connect so try again later.

The only way I'm aware of is to contact EA via https://help.ea.com/en/mass-effect/mass-effect-3
They've put a countdown clock on Bioware Social Network to countdown how much time is remaining to claim your reward.

I have already contacted them and I have mentioned the case number, they literally said they can't help and a team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and that all the packs haven't been sent while Bioware officially announced they gave all the packs!!
And this happens to me each and every week, it's really annoying to contact them at each operation's end, thanks.
