N7 collector's edition on Xbox One

I contacted the Microsoft store, EA, and the Xbox support again and was told that they are "out of stock" of the N7 Collector's Edition DLC. In other words, they don't offer it anymore. Even the support agent had this same problem.

I have been dealing with this issue for literally years with no resolution. If you find one PLEASE let me know immediately!

I got my hands on an unused code, I redeemed it and everything seemed okay on that end, I have checked in game and I have gotten all the stuff in game. I am very happy the code still works!
