N7 collector's edition on Xbox One [ Edited ]

I see, thank you for the information. I'm not sure why you are affected by this issue, with most folks they seem to be able to use the game with BC as usual. 

I think your next step here would be to reach out to Xbox support, hopefully they can see why you're prevented from playing and get things running on your Xbox One.

I'm having the same issue.
I live in England and I want the Collectors Edition for the n7 pet, weapons, armour and casual wear, as well as the online stuff. I have most of the other Dlcs.. I went to xbox support but I had no luck

I preordered the game on 360, all my dlc is there except this. Really missing my Valkyrie. Why can’t I get this one? Has anyone figured this out yet?
