N7 collector downloaded from 360 to one. Possible and help? [ Edited ]

I got the collecter edition way back, between then and now ive gotten an xbox one that ill like to install my game onto from the disk, i have also changed my gamertag from what i have above due to harassment for having "girl" in my name but have kept the same email and EA account. Due to these changes can i still get my collectors extra items and ect onto my xbox one? Or will i loose everything?
