is there any future plans to add the N7 Multiplayer weapons to Single Payer... the N7 Typhoon, N7 Phiranna, the M99 Sabre and the rest of them...

They haven't said.  Although, they already released a few as part of the Firefight pack (Cerberus Harrier, etc.).  I would expect they will in a future Firefight DLC.

They likely will. The Multiplayer require them to make new weapons, meaning it is a very easy DLC to launch for the Single Player. It would be rather impossible to say when particular guns will be released though, but it would likely be done around the time when they make another Singleplayer DLC because that is when players will buy BioWare points anyway. Be on the lookout for weapon DLCs when you hear about a new Singleplayer DLC.
