Mass effect trilogy mass effect 3 freezing

Mass effect 3 xbox 360 not loading its stuck on the main screen after pushing start. It has communicating ... and loading and nothing is happening. I tried deleting all the dlc and the update but the game is frozen on connecting to ea servers.

Did you tried to power cycle your console?

I have figure that its something to do with my profile the game works on my gf profile which she doesnt have a xbox live account

I did power cycle my console that didnt work. Ive also cleared my cache and tried by passing the connecting to ea servers but thats not happening.

If it is a problem with your Xbox-Profil I would suggest to contact Xbox support.
