Mass effect 3 menae command outpost bug,help!

Just finished the "defend the airfield" part at menae outpost ,general Corinthian called for help defending barricade (turret)but I can't get through metal gate..wont lower ,and my navpoint tells me to go to barricade AND defend airfield ...I've done everything from starting over to loading diff.save file..help

Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME3 > Repair)
