Playing the Trilogy in PS3. Import character from ME1 to ME3. While I had a crash during the first part of the Overlord DLC in ME2, the crash in Purgatory in the Citadel always occurs if I do not restart or reload the quicksave. So, I always do a quicksave in the elevator, return to main menu or do a reload if I'm going to Purgatory. Not entirely hopeless, but annoying.
Same thing happens during the conversation with Leviathan. Made quicksaves prior to going into the depths to search for Leviathan. There's an autosave option once Leviathan rises and I'd have to reload or reboot around 3 to 5 times just to finish the conversation screens. This was quite annoying.
So, I'm just reporting these crash incidents in. I thought that re-playing ME3 would be more fun now that I have a character from ME1, but the crashes gets to me. I hope there's a patch to address this and I have yet to encounter the bug during the conversation with the 'catalyst kid' which I've read over the forums, encountered when you have the Leviathan DLC. That's it. Thanks.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply.
If you use Windows 7 also go to your Reliability monitor > Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time and copy and paste or type "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER” and look if it has entries for the game you have trouble with.
If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable, copy the info to the clipboard, and save it to a text file.
You can attach the DxDiag text file you created (and the “Reliability monitor” text file as well) to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.
Also, this is a very old thread, it would be better if you create a new topic with your own error report in the future.

But tough to create a DXDiag report on a PS3.

It is indeed.
I blame Sony!
