Well, here we are, July 2018, and guess what? Still not getting the OIG to show up in ME3. I've installed, re-installed, repaired, cleared caches, adjusted screen resolutions, disabled or removed other overlays, changed hot-keys, disabled cloud saving, paid for an Origin Access account. The most frustrating thing is that I've got a friend who just opens right up. 2018... It's 2018.

Please preform a clean boot and test the overlay afterwards.
